You can change your order, but only if your items have not been shipped. This also includes changing the size and quantity as well as adding items to your order. To change your order, please write to us at:

You can return your items within 28 days after receipt. The items must be new & unused with the original hangtags attached and in the original packaging. 

Ensure to fill out the return form & included in your package when returning the item(s). The return form was included in your parcel when you received your order, but you can also find it by following this link:

Garments that are used, washed, soiled or damaged will not be accepted for return. If you return an item after 28 days and this has not been agreed by apoiesi beforehand, your return will not be accepted.

If you regret your purchase and would like to return an item you must cover the return cost yourself.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please write to us at: info@apoiesi.no Include your order number and describe the issue, ensure to include photos where the issue is clearly visible. If your claim is approved we will issue you with a return label and you will receive a new item once the faulty/damaged item is received by us.

Our current mailers are made from 100% compostable plastic. These mailers have a second adhesive strip which makes them re-usable. We encourage you to re-use the mailer if you decide to return your purchase to us.
